1. Return Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Return

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

For any claims related to physical damage, missing items, or wrong product delivery, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. Claims without video evidence may not be processed.

Innerwear, socks, and other hygiene-related garments

Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
1.3 Return Procedure

Customers must contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with order details, reason for return, and supporting documentation.

Return pickups will be arranged wherever feasible. In remote or unserviceable areas, customers may be asked to self-ship the product to the address provided by our team.
2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be made to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Customers must provide valid bank account details.
2.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following scenarios:

Original packaging or accessories are missing or altered

Returns are initiated after the 3-day eligibility window
2.3 Non-Refundable Situations

3. Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

In such cases, a full refund will be issued if payment was completed.
4. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, wrong, or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other reasons (e.g., size issues, change of mind), shipping charges will be borne by the customer, or deducted from the refund.
