4. Delivery Charges

5. Order Tracking

6. Non-Delivery or Missed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver the order after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us.

In such cases, we may reattempt delivery or initiate a refund after deducting the return shipping cost.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays or return-to-origin (RTO).

8. Shipping Restrictions

Orders containing prohibited or restricted items (as per law or courier guidelines) will be cancelled and refunded.
9. Return-to-Origin (RTO) Policy

If a parcel is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or refusal to accept, shipping charges will not be refunded.

For prepaid orders returned as RTO, refunds (if eligible) will be processed after deducting round-trip shipping costs.
